We ship worldwide. Orders are dispatched from Germany.

Shipping Carriers

Depending on the destination, shipments are made via Deutsche Post, DHL, UPS, Hermes, or comparable international carriers.

Processing Time

 

• Prints: Usually 1–3 business days after payment is received.

• Original artworks: 3–5 business days, as they require special packaging.

 

Estimated Delivery Times

 

• Germany: approx. 2–5 business days

• Europe: approx. 5–10 business days

• USA & Canada: approx. 7–21 business days

• Latin America: approx. 10–30 business days

• Rest of the world: approx. 7–30 business days

 

Please note that international shipments may experience delays due to customs or transport routes.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination country and product type (print or original).

Any customs or import duties in the recipient country are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping of Originals

Original artworks are packaged with extra care and securely.

Depending on size and destination, shipments may be sent in multiple packages.

Customs and Import Duties

For deliveries outside the EU, additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Transport Damages

If an item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately by email with a photo of the damage so we can find a solution together.
