Return & Refund Policy
30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return period. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or another proof of purchase.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate and resolve the issue. Please take photos of any packaging damage as soon as you notice it upon delivery and inform us promptly. This is necessary to ensure insurance claims and refunds with the shipping provider.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The sale of original artworks (acrylic originals) is excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal, as these are unique, individually created pieces.
According to § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB, there is no right of withdrawal for contracts involving the delivery of goods that are not pre-fabricated and for which the manufacture is based on individual selection or specification by the consumer, or that are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs.
We are unable to accept returns of sale items or gift vouchers.
Exchanges
Returning the received item is the fastest way to get the desired item. If the return is accepted, you can purchase the new item in a separate transaction.
European Union – 14-Day Withdrawal Period
You also have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason if the goods are shipped within the European Union. As described above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or other proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund is approved or not. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
